Founders Steve L. Waserstein, Carlos A. Nunez and Daniel Foodman are pleased to announce the formation of WNF Law, PL (Waserstein, Nunez & Foodman), a Miami, Florida USA based law firm. In combining their transactional and litigation practices, they created a full-service law firm focusing on their clients' legal needs, from negotiating a deal to taking a case to trial.

With his BS in Accounting, JD and Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law, he represents individuals from around the world and provides wealth planning from pre-immigration planning to complex tax structures as well as representing them when they invest in the U.S.

Carlos Nunez, a seasoned civil and commercial litigator, has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar cases, involving international asset recovery, money laundering, racketeering, financial frauds, and commercial contracts, to heated divorce and child custody issues. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. A founder of the South Florida Chapter of ACAMS (Association of Anti Money Laundering Specialist), his reputation is well noted.

Daniel Foodman, a trial attorney who specializes in civil litigation, criminal defense and anti-money laundering compliance is a former state prosecutor who after only five years of practice was rated AV by Martindale Hubbell. A certified public accountant (CPA), certified fraud examiner and certified anti-money laundering specialist, he utilizes his law enforcement and investigative experience and his background in accounting and taxation to create innovative legal strategies for clients in both civil and criminal matters. During his career he has tried to completion over forty cases ranging from misdemeanors to homicides, including a three-week nationally televised trial.
