Denise L. Ben-David has been made a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers

Founded in 1951, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers strives to propel women lawyers into economic, social and leadership spheres of power. 2011 marked the 60th Anniversary of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and many exciting plans are underway, such as scheduled programming and networking opportunities in North, Central and South Florida making it easier for members in all regions of the state to participate.

Ms. Ben-David works with both the transactional team and the litigation team. Her practice focuses on real estate, probate, finance, transactional and corporate law. Previously, Ms. Ben-David has held positions with firms and corporations in Florida, New York and Israel.

Ms. Ben-David has represented her clients in probate estates from simple to complex, as well as successfully negotiated multi-million dollar lender work-outs, debt restructuring, asset purchase agreements, complex commerical real estate acquisition and sales contracts and commercial lease agreements.
